**Description**

In this role, you will be a key member of the Systems Engineering team working on mobility control features for 5G and 6G wireless communication systems.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Understanding of 5G-NR standard: RRC and PHY specifically.

+ Knowledge of Wireless Communication Systems.

+ Strong theoretical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Javascript and/or Python for system-level simulation, workflow automation, data analysis and visualization.

+ Familiar with NR reference signal design, cell search/measurement and mobility behavior is a plus.

+ Familiar with key RRC signaling flows between UE and network is a plus.

+ Ability to make proper design tradeoff considering power, performance and complexity.

+ Experience with genAI tools to improve work efficiency, and data analysis / machine learning skills.
