The Networking Operations team is looking for a Quality Engineering Manager to help deliver the next generation Networking features to customers on both iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS. We're looking for critical thinkers to play a key role qualifying Networking software features and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. We need someone who is comfortable working in an exciting environment with rapidly changing priorities, and someone creative and inspired to invent new ways to help build better products.

**Description**

In this role, you’ll be a hands-on manager on the Networking QA team. You’ll lead the team and be involved in triaging, automated and manual testing, making customer feedback actionable, developing new processes, frequently releasing software updates and driving web platform and compatibility testing. You will leverage AI/ML tools to speed up test automation. You will work closely with the Networking and Build/Release teams, and will work with multi-functional teams across iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS to ship high quality Networking features on all these platforms.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ BS in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent applicable degree

+ 5+ years experience leading and developing a Quality Engineering team of highly skilled engineers in a cross-functional environment

+ You have proven track record of defining and leading large scale quality initiatives of networking products.

+ You will have strong programming skills with Python, C/C++ You will have experience developing scripts and tools

+ Track record of testing and shipping high quality Enterprise/End User Networking products

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills

+ Extraordinary attention to detail

+ Exceptional organizational skills

+ Experience with applications of AI/ML across multiple use cases

+ Proven experience working on cross-functional projects, collaborating with various teams to achieve project objectives.

+ Skilled at debugging, troubleshooting, and critical thinking on bug prioritization.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating clear and effective communication across team members and departments.

+ Role models inclusive leadership behaviors and builds, develops, and retains diverse teams

+ Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships.

+ Comfortable working in fast-paced development environments with rapid release cycles and tight deadlines
