**_What you'll get to do:_**
+ _Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables._
+ _Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws._
+ _Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed._
+ _Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications._
+ _Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions._
**_The ideal candidate must be willing to work 1st shift or 2nd shift._**
**_Basic Qualifications Assembler 2_** **_:_**
+ _High School diploma and 2 or more years of experience in electronics manufacturing._
+ _J-Standard solder certification, or similar experience or certifications._
+ _Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance upon hire_
+ _US citizenship required_
**_Preferred Qualifications Assembler 2:_**
+ _Active Secret clearance._
+ _SAP clearances/experience are highly preferred._
+ _Advanced education and/or experience assembling and troubleshooting RF and/or CNI systems._
+ _Experience with shop floor manufacturing systems (SAP, Solumina, Tableau, etc.)_
+ _Experience with ESD (electrostatic discharge) and FOD (foreign object damage) control._
+ _Experience with CUI (controlled unclassified information) and COMSEC (communications security)._
+ _Experience with FAR, ITAR, AS9100, and/or ISO 90001 rules and regulations._

Primary Level Salary Range: $43,400.00 - $72,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
