Regional Warehouse Operations Manager

**Summary:**

Meta seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to own Meta's relationship with its third-party logistics (3PL) providers and other vendors at the site. The Regional Warehouse Operations Manager will be the operational liaison between Meta and its vendors — accountable for the efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods, supplies, and equipment across warehouses, data centers, and the network edge sites. The role exists to drive efficiency, enforce Meta's standards and compliance, and scale operations to support Meta's centralized warehouse growth strategy.

**Required Skills:**

Regional Warehouse Operations Manager Responsibilities:

1. Must be available to work an 8-hour shift within a 12-hour operational window (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), with flexibility required for occasional weekend coverage as needed. When a weekend shift is assigned, an alternate weekday off will be scheduled

2. Manage the movement of goods and equipment by building efficient operations and transportation schedules that deliver on time and in full

3. Align on required RMA processes to support inventory moves at T3s across 3PLs, value-added service providers, and cross-functional partners, and manufacturers / original design manufacturers (ODMs)

4. Lead day-to-day execution of Meta's 3PL and warehouse vendors, ensuring quality control and compliance with Meta's policies, procedures, safety protocols, and SOX inventory-control requirements

5. Serve as the central point of communication between Meta and its vendors and internal customers at all levels, engaging partners to understand current and future distribution needs

6. Define standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize deployment efficiency

7. Analyze inventory and performance metrics to surface trends, opportunities, and risks, and run root-cause analysis on 3PL discrepancies

8. Develop and maintain SOPs and best practices that streamline global warehouse operations and support the tools and systems used to track, analyze, and report on inventory

**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, or related field

10. other technical education, experience, and degrees considered based on professional experience

11. 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, 3PL management, transportation management, supply chain, inventory management, operations, or manufacturing

12. 5+ years of experience operating in a matrixed organization, independently identifying, managing, and solving complex, ambiguous problems

13. Proven track record independently leading warehouse and transportation operations and 3PL providers at scale, and driving operational quality and compliance in a large-scale distribution environment

14. Demonstrated experience setting operational standards, metrics, and SOPs adopted across teams or regions

15. Hands-on experience with logistics management systems (WMS/TMS) and transportation logistics services

16. Experience in performance analysis, detailed reporting, and cost management / budget adherence

17. Willingness and ability to travel (estimated \~25%) to warehouse and 3PL locations across North America for on-site management and auditing

18. Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements in logistics or supply chain environments

19. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

20. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or an MBA

21. Experience working in or with the import/export environment of a 3PL or carrier

22. Experience in logistics operations in a global, high-growth, and automated environment

23. Understanding of relational database structures and systems to help move the field of analysis towards automation integration

24. Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS, and dock scheduling systems

25. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

26. Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

**Public Compensation:**

$89,000/year to $135,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
