**The Opportunity**

This position works out of our St. Paul, MN location in the Structural Heart division. Structural Heart Business Mission: Why We Exist

Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease.

**What** **You’ll** **Work On**

+ Developfacilitiespolicies and practices.

+ Oversee facilities planning activities forcompany.

+ Through intermediate managers, direct space allocations, moves, andfacilitiesconstruction,modificationand maintenance.

+ Implementsfacilitiespolicies and practices.

+ Hire, train, and motivatefacilitiesstaff and contractors.

+ Review and approve facilitiesrelatedcontracts and vendor qualifications.

+ Develop andmonitorfacilitiesrelatedbudgets.

+ Support all Divisional initiatives asidentifiedby divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements

+ Hires andretainsa diverse, highly qualified staff and provides ongoing performance feedback. Sets goals which align to department plans andmanagesthe execution of goals through coaching and mentoring. Maintains a safe and professional work environment.

+ Support all Company initiatives asidentifiedby management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements

+ Complies withU.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineeringor similar/ open to equivalent experience with an Associates.

+ 10+ years of relevant working experience

+ 5+ years of experience working as a supervisor/in management.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

The base pay for this position is $99,300.00 – $198,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
