**Summary:**

Coordinates the staffing schedule to meet departmental needs. Provides team member coaching and mentoring under guidance of leadership. Acts as an advocate and leader for continuous quality improvement activities and customer service. Ambassador for the mission, vision, and values of BayCare Health System.
