Technical Lead (Node.js / React, Cloud & Agile Delivery)

We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive Agile delivery and provide hands-on leadership across modern full-stack applications built with Node.js and React. This role focuses on scalable cloud architecture, engineering excellence, and team mentorship.

**Location:** Sacramento, CA

**Duration:** 12 months

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead Agile squad delivery and ensure high-quality, on-time releases

+ Architect and develop scalable applications using Node.js and React

+ Drive cloud-native design and distributed system architecture

+ Implement and enforce best practices (CI/CD, testing, code quality)

+ Oversee database design and performance optimization

+ Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and observability

+ Collaborate with stakeholders on technical decisions and roadmap

+ Mentor developers and elevate team performance

**Required Skills:**

+ Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js

+ Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

+ Solid understanding of microservices and scalable architecture

+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

+ Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling

+ Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern deployment tools

+ Strong Agile/Scrum experience and leadership capability

**Qualifications:**

+ 8+ years of software development experience

+ 3+ years in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role

+ Experience delivering enterprise applications in cloud environments

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $67.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
