Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a **Program Manager 3** . This position will be located in **Roy, Utah** and will support the **Sentinel** program.

**What You** **’** **ll Get To Do:**

Manages the Program Planning & Baseline Management Team within the Program Integration Team. This position consists of the teams for Program Planning, Analytics & Metrics, and Proposals, Affordability, and Risk Management. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, Schedule Risk Assessment, Integrated Master Schedule review and analysis, schedule recovery modeling and planning, Major Program Event planning, program Tableau Dashboards, various program analysis and reporting, Risk and Opportunity Management, affordability program, award fee, and proposal submissions. Position includes significant internal and external customer interaction and presentations.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

**You** **’** **ll Bring These Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; master's degree and 6 years experience or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

+ Minimum of 3 years in formal management position.

+ Executive presence and comfort at that level.

+ Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.

+ AGILE/SCRUM Experience

+ Program Management experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry

+ ICBM Program Experience

+ CAM or IPT leadership

Salary Range: $161,500.00 - $242,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
