Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a **Model-Based Requirements, Integration, and Architecture Manager 2** . This position is located in **Roy, UT** and supports the Sentinel program.

**What You'll Get To Do**

+ Define what needs to be done to ensure a consistent and fully traceable architecture model

+ Review technical architecture content

+ Direct efforts and priorities of a team of 10 architects

+ Functionally manage a team of architects (including goal setting, performance reviews, and people management)

+ Collect status and report team progress to upper management

+ Act as liaison with employees and supervisors at equivalent level or one level higher

+ Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures and schedules

+ Weapon System Architecture Model Product Owner for Level 1 and Level 2 Architecture

+ SET Architecture board member on the Model Governance Council, responsible for defining overarching program process and style guides for MBSE

+ Act as a liaison and point of contact to the customer, elaborating on and showing traceability to the government defined operational architecture

+ Run the Cross-IPT Sentinel Architecture Working Group to collaborate across the program

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

**Job Qualifications**

**You'll Bring These Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 6 years of related experience or Masters Degree in STEM with 4 years of related experience

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years

+ Must be eligible to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances (SAP/PAR) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs

+ 2 years of ICBM experience

+ 1 year of experience leading a team or driving performance against schedule

+ 2 years of experience using MBSE (using SysML, DoDAF, or UAFP in Cameo or Rhapsody)

**These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have**

+ Master's Degree in STEM discipline

+ Experience with Cameo model integration

+ Experience with functional decomposition, interface definition, and use case definition.

+ Experience working with DoD government/military personnel

+ Experience in People and Technical Leadership roles

+ Experience with DOORS

+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices

**Salary Range:** $131,200 - $196,800

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
