Put your CNC skills to work running lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines building precision aerospace parts from stainless steel, Inconel, and aluminum.

What You’ll Do As A CNC Machinist:

Operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines to produce precision parts from blueprints, sketches, or specs
Fabricate and assemble tube components with bending, welding, flaring, flanging, expanding, and forming using materials like stainless steel, Inconel, and aluminum
Design, build, and maintain custom fixtures, tooling, and jigs to boost machining efficiency
Innovate and optimize processes to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and meet deadlines
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot machinery, and ensure safe, efficient operation
Inspect parts with precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to meet quality standards
Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and welders to solve fabrication challenges
Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following OSHA safety protocols
Document processes, track materials, and support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements - What You Need To Be A Successful CNC Machinist:

5+ years CNC machining (aerospace or tube fab a plus)
Blueprint reading and metalworking skills
Strong problem solver with attention to detail
Ready to stand long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible for overtime and shift changes
High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in machining, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
Familiarity with materials commonly used in aerospace, such as stainless steel, Inconel, and aluminum.
