Modeling and Simulations Software Developer

**Job Description**

BAE Systems is seeking a Modeling and Simulations (M&S) Software Developer to support our government customer in a mission critical role related to modeling and simulations. The M&S Software Developer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems) based upon documented requirements.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Must be a US citizen and possess a Secret level clearance

+ Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, and minimum of 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

+ Modeling and simulations experience

+ Software development in high level language (C )

+ Software engineering processes, methodologies, and tools

+ Software testing, validation, and verification activities

+ Collaborate with Systems, CM, and other Software Engineers across the full software lifecycle.

+ Solve tough engineering challenges debugging, fixing, and integrating software across multiple baselines.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Physics-based modeling and simulations

+ Agile Development experience

+ Designing and/or implementing software algorithms

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $72150 - $122655

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
