**Summary:**
The System Architecture Engineer will independently lead system development and implementation for Meta’s $8B+ global Design, Construction, and Engineering organization, working closely with business leaders to understand the needs and to develop the strategy and deliverables for tooling and data solutions.This position is responsible for supporting the 5-7 year product lifecycle across a variety of systems primarily from system design solution through implementation leveraging an understanding of business drivers, systems expertise, and program management to improve efficiency and deliver business solutions.
**Required Skills:**
System Architecture Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Independently maintains and develops business solutions through the use of internal and commercial applications (Unifier, P6, OIC, OPC, Gateway, and Fusion)
2. Work with business leaders and stakeholders in developing strategy and implementation of business solutions
3. Map business processes to user specifications, use cases, user stories, and application walkthroughs - providing technical input and feasibility guidance throughout early analysis in collaboration with program managers
4. Develops solutions architecture, functional descriptions and system solutions based on business requirements and process maps - including UI workflow and system architecture - reflecting the business logic
5. Key contributor to updates, modifications, testing, and delivery of functional solutions within new or existing systems , including integrations within application, across applications, and between functional and data modules, in partnership with business users, data engineers, enterprise engineers, and program managers
6. Contributes to functional roadmaps and goals by evaluating new and existing systems
7. Provide functional expertise to architect systems and processes to enable robust backend data architecture, data integrity, and data analytics
8. Creates low-code automated procedures to scale and operationalize business processes
9. Follows functional stakeholder engagement models and processes that evolve to meet business needs over time
10. Provides reporting and communication to stakeholders on system solutions and implementation
11. Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle (Unifier, P6, OPC) environments, including user roles, permissions, and system settings
12. In partnership with the relevant teams, oversee system upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal operation and security
13. Manage integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflow
14. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
15. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for Oracle applications (Unifier, P6, OPC) and related PMIS tools
16. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product enhancements and future releases
17. Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, development, and rollout of new product features and system improvements
18. Track and report on product KPIs, adoption metrics, and user satisfaction
19. Advocate for best practices in product lifecycle management, including release planning and change management
20. Oversee user onboarding, training, and support for Oracle Unifier and associated applications
21. Design and implement user access controls, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and data privacy requirements
22. Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation to empower end-users
23. Serve as the primary point of contact for user issues, escalations, and enhancement requests
24. Monitor user activity and system usage to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased adoption
**Minimum Qualifications:**

25. BA/BS or equivalent in information systems, engineering, construction management, or relevant work experience
26. 7+ years of overall technical experience working with Technical Program Managers, System Integrators/System Analysts, or similar roles delivering large-scale system and software development programs and projects from conception through implementation
27. 3+ years in architecting and implementing design/construction systems using Oracle Unifier and related integration tools/APIs (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud)
28. Experience leading full-cycle, end-to-end Oracle Unifier implementation projects, both functionally and technically
29. Experience with Oracle Unifier, including planning configurations, workflow modeling, UI design, UDR development, and BI publisher design
30. Experience in Oracle SQL and Oracle RDBMS stored procedures
31. Experience with various communication strategies, presentations, and analytical skills
32. Experience with various project and program management methodologies
33. Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners across a global organization
34. Experience handling multiple competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment
35. Experience in system administration of Oracle (Unifier, P6, OPC) or similar enterprise applications, including user management, security, and configuration
36. Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and stakeholder engagement for enterprise software solutions
37. Proven track record in user management, including onboarding, training, and support for large user bases

39. Experience with design/construction systems using business applications (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Autodesk ACC, Google AppSheets, etc.)

41. Experience in Data Center Construction , Network Topology, or Infrastructure industries
42. Proficiency in Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma Certification
43. Experience collaborating with Business Intelligence or Data Engineering professionals
44. Experience with integration engineering
45. Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for enterprise software platforms
46. Experience designing and implementing user access controls and security policies in a regulated environment
47. Advanced knowledge of change management, release management, and user adoption strategies
48. Experience developing training programs and user documentation for technical and non-technical audiences

$150,000/year to $209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
