**Position Description:**

At Microsoft’s Operations Service Center we have a passion for customers, partners and technology. As a member of the Cloud Services Operations team, you will coordinate and manage complex non-standard transactions and support, across multiple Go-To-Market motions. The team sits within Microsoft Business Operations (MBO) and is responsible for successful and compliant processing and support of contractual obligations that enable strategic motions and new capabilities Microsoft is looking to incubate to support new models and solve for our top customers financial and solution needs. You will be joining a fast-paced team that focuses on results, works together to solve problems, and is committed to developing people.

**Cloud Operations Program Manager** **role** interfaces with Engineering, Launch, Sales, Finance, and various Support organizations to enable and execute Obligations Microsoft has contractually agreed to without an existing set of capabilities or solutions to support them Responsibilities include process incubation and design, obligation tracking and execution, transaction management, and escalation support. Additionally, the role is accountable for driving operational excellence for any capability we take on to ensure quality execution and potential scale of processes where process can be streamlined or automated. This includes but is not limited to supporting and execution of complex processes and capabilities in Commercial Legacy, New Commerce Experience (NCE), Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA), Special Agreements (SPAG), Custom Billings, Custom Invoicing, and tracking Azure Consumption.

**Responsibilities**

+ Track, manage, and execute operational functions to ensure compliance with contractual Non-Standard Obligations.

+ Support critical pre- & post-sales obligation escalations to resolutions stakeholders.

+ Build and scale processes and capabilities to enable any growth in volume of Non-Standard Capabilities to optimize and scale where appropriate.

+ Document and share learnings relating obligations and capabilities encompassing systems, tools, stakeholders, and processes.

+ Understand the controls that drive compliance and partner with Biz Planning, Deal Desk, and other key stakeholders to launch new strategic motions.

+ Drive continuous process improvements via analysis and identification of opportunities focused on driving global impact.

+ Functions with focus on tracking and memorializing contractual obligations.

**Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

+ OR equivalent experience.

+ 3+ years Experience working and supporting Volume Licensing Contracts, Systems, and Processes

+ OR Azure usage data

+ OR equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

+ OR equivalent experience.

+ Database and Automation build experience through requirements gathering that result in useful business solutions both from a reporting as well as execution

+ Knowledge of and experience in managing cloud transactions

+ Database Management with proven PowerBI knowledge both in use and build

+ Continuous Improvement (CI) and AI reporting and analytics experience

+ Adept in Process Design, Change Management and Execution

Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
