**How you’ll make an impact in this role**
+ Data Architecture & Harmonization: Architect and manage end-to-end Data Cloud ingestion patterns (batch/streaming) and Data Model Object (DMO) mapping; execute complex schema harmonization and identity resolution using both deterministic and probabilistic matching algorithms to create a unified Patient 360 view.
+ Technical Pipeline Engineering: Develop and maintain high-scale data products including Calculated Insights, derived attributes, and complex SQL-based transformations to power real-time clinical segmentation and cross-channel activation journeys.
+ System Integration & Orchestration: Engineer and troubleshoot deep-stack integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder/SSJS), and healthcare enterprise systems (EHR, claims, and clinical data) utilizing APIs, middleware, and specialized iPaaS solutions.
+ Performance Tuning & Optimization: Conduct rigorous optimization of ingestion, processing, and query workloads to ensure data freshness and reliability while minimizing credit consumption and latency across the Salesforce multi-cloud ecosystem.
+ Infrastructure Automation & Governance: Drive DevOps maturity through automated deployment pipelines and repeatable configurations; produce high-fidelity technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, data lineage mappings, and operational runbooks.
**What minimum requirements you’ll need**
Education:
+ High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
+ 1 year of experience required.
+ 4 years of experience preferred.
+ 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
**What additional preferences we're seeking**
+ Clinical Data Expertise: Deep familiarity with healthcare-specific data standards (HL7, FHIR) and their application within Salesforce Life Sciences or Health Cloud environments.
+ Advanced Scripting & Automation: Proven mastery of Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), AMPscript, and SQL for sophisticated Marketing Cloud automation and dynamic content personalization.
+ Strategic Technical Consultancy: Experience translating complex clinical requirements into technical roadmaps, including the ability to communicate architectural tradeoffs to both executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
