**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ Potential travel: up to 50% to market locations (IL, IN, KS, TN, WI, TX, FL, MD, OK).

+ Design and launch comprehensive professional development programs that standardize clinical excellence and directly advance the organization’s strategic health goals.

+ Nationally support system level education in partnership with the Sr. Director.

+ Forge collaborative partnerships with internal leaders and external stakeholders to co-create learning pathways that reflect the evolving needs of modern patient care.

+ Mentor and develop a high-performing team of educators, fostering a culture of continuous growth and ensuring every staff member is empowered to reach their full potential.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

**What additional preferences we're seeking**

+ ANPD Certification.

+ Master's Degree.
