**Responsibilities**

+ **Modernize** clinical workflows by transitioning legacy systems to cutting-edge imaging platforms that provide doctors faster access to patient scans.

+ **Support** clinical teams "at-the-elbow" during critical system go-lives to ensure technology never interrupts patient care.

+ **Audit** hospital infrastructure through site walkthroughs and hardware discovery to map the requirements for a high-performance medical environment.

+ **Validate** new imaging technologies through rigorous testing to ensure every software update meets essential clinical performance standards.

+ **Document** technical specifications and root-cause analyses to help the engineering team resolve complex issues and maintain system stability.

**Requirements**

Education:

+ High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

**Additional Preferences**

+ Current enrollment in an Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field.

+ Proven ability to break down complex hardware or software problems and explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.

+ Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and pivot tables to track project tasks and inventory data.
