To ensure cohesion and collaboration in the workplace, Resource Group associates filling remote roles are expected to be available for meetings and other work related needs between 9AM-4PM CST. **Responsibilities**
The Resource Group, a subsidiary of Ascension, is a business transformation services organization that specializes in resource and supply chain management. The Resource Group transforms the resource and supply function within healthcare by delivering value to its customers and remaining rooted in the ideals of hospitality. This internship falls within The Resource Group's Change Management Solution. The Change Management Solution sustains value for our Participants through direct end-user engagement, clear communication, and connecting across the organizations we serve through C-suite representation. The associates within Change Management Solution collaborate to elevate resource and supply management ‘from the basement to the boardroom’ through their range of responsibilities. Throughout the 12-week experience, interns will work on unique personal projects, collaborate with other interns to solve organizational challenges, and learn new business & professional skills. + Collaborate with associates across The Resource Group to understand their business goals, objectives, and needs and come up with an end deliverable
+ Build upon knowledge of big data, query building, programming, and visualization tools
+ Research new technologies to find innovative solutions for business problems
+ Wrangle data suitable for analysis and modeling into data warehouse tables using SQL and Python (or equivalent, such as R)
+ Work with interns from other communities within The Resource Group on a team project chosen by leadership and present outcomes on an organization-wide call
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

+ College Junior year and above (ie, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Data Science)
