**Summary:**
We are seeking a hands-on Embedded Wireless HW Connectivity Engineer to join our Wireless HW Connectivity Engineering Team within the Wearables Hardware organization. This role is ideal for engineers excited about hardware bring-up, system-level debugging, and cross-functional integration of wireless technologies. You will play a key role in developing next-generation wearable devices, working closely with hardware, firmware, and software teams to deliver robust wireless solutions.
**Required Skills:**
Wireless - Embedded HW Connectivity Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Lead hardware bring-up and system-level debugging for wireless products
2. Integrate and validate RF, antenna, and custom RFFE solutions
3. Support factory lines, compliance, and certification activities
4. Develop and maintain system-level test tools and automation
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for rapid issue resolution
6. Deliver cellular/GNSS drivers for custom RF front ends
7. Customize FW build & integration of antenna / RF system features
8. Prototype and support SAR/PD management, thermal management, network selection, and Tx power management for compliance
9. Enable early feature evaluations and optimization for hardware product development
10. Provide test automation framework support and generate test scripts for specific needs
**Minimum Qualifications:**

11. 6+ years of relevant industry experience
12. Expertise in embedded wireless systems, RF, and board-level debugging
13. Experience with factory bring-up, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration
14. Understanding of wireless transceiver architectures, RF front-ends, and system-level tradeoffs
15. Knowledge of analog/RF impairments and calibration flows
16. Proficiency in understanding of performance metrics (EVM, sensitivity) and impairment mitigation strategies
17. Experience with multi-radio coexistence environments
18. Proficiency with lab equipment (spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power meter)
19. Experience with automation infrastructure and tools (GIT, CI, database, reporting)
20. Experience with wireless communication protocols: 802.11, Bluetooth, Cellular
21. Problem-solving skills and ability to work hands-on in lab/factory environments
22. Experience with Matlab, Python, Shell scripting, and/or C/C++

$139,000/year to $200,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
