**Summary:**

Meta is seeking an experienced Global Logistics Process Improvement Program Manager to lead transformative initiatives across our end-to-end logistics supply chain. This high-visibility, high-impact role will be responsible for driving operational performance and continuous improvement across inbound, fulfillment, and final mile delivery for both B2B and D2C channels. As a true end-to-end supply chain leader, you will be at the forefront of eliminating physical and systemic waste and inefficiencies, focusing on building a supply chain that is more reliable, faster, and cost-effective.

**Required Skills:**

Global Logistics Process Improvement Program Manager Responsibilities:

1. Lead Global Process Improvement Initiatives: Drive and execute LEAN Kaizen events and other process improvement methodologies across the global supply chain, focusing on inbound, fulfillment, and final mile delivery

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, data analytics teams, and external third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities

3. Leverage Technology & AI: Identify and deploy new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational performance

4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Using insight & analytics along with physical process reviews within distribution centers to uncover root causes of inefficiency and develop actionable solutions

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and align partner teams and 3P service providers to drive results and ensure successful implementation of process improvements

6. Global Scope & Travel: Manage projects and initiatives with a global footprint

7. domestic and international travel expected at approximately 25%

**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations

9. Demonstrated expertise in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies

10. Proven track record leading Kaizen events and delivering measurable supply chain improvements

11. Proven ability to transform complex data into clear, high-level strategies that drive business results

12. Experience with supply chain systems, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies (AI, automation, etc.)

13. Demonstrated executive-level experience in engaging, influencing, and aligning priorities with cross-functional teams and external partners

14. Experience managing relationships and driving results with 3PLs and other service providers

15. Hands-on experience reviewing and optimizing physical processes in distribution centers and logistics operations

16. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
