Speech Therapist

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

Participates as a member of the health care team working with professional non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients addressing the age of the patients served.

**Job Requirements**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Current CA Speech Therapy licensure

+ Current CPR certification

+ 1 year experience as a speech therapist

+ Knowledge and ability to perform a speech pathology assessment and evaluation

+ Knowledge of principles concepts diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for speech therapy

+ Ability to implement practical application of knowledge

+ Ability to function independently and autonomously

+ Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in English

+ Ability to teach and instruct patient family and staff

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 6 months to one year home health experience

**Pay Range**

$47.52 - $70.68 /hour
