**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Quality Analyst, you will be a pivotal data expert, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of quality through rigorous data analysis.
Every day, you will meticulously collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and root causes of quality issues. You'll develop data-driven solutions, monitor process performance, conduct statistical analysis, and provide actionable recommendations, all aimed at enhancing efficiency, outcomes, and adherence to quality benchmarks.
To be successful, you'll combine strong analytical and statistical skills with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of quality methodologies, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives, transforming raw information into strategic improvements.
+ Manages and tracks progress of assigned quality improvement initiatives and communicates progress; attend QC meetings in clinics and at the hospital. Prepares reports for clinic surveys
+ Creates and maintains confidential reports for tracking compliance requirements, patient referrals, patient satisfaction, etc.
+ Ensures computer file maintenance, security and data integrity to maintaining continued operations and comply with organizational requirements.
+ Manages QI Dashboards in a confidential and secure manner
+ Coordinates and tracks outpatient clinic education needs by scheduling clinical, compliance, and educational needs for clinical staff and ensures staff trainings are up to date and competencies are completed during new hire orientation and annually thereafter for non-licensed clinical staff.
+ Serves as the liaison between EHR staff and clinic to ensure positive communication and completion of tasks.
**Job Requirements**
Required
+ Associates Other in a related field or Combination of education and experience
Preferred
+ Robust experience with Electronic Health Records systems; preferably Cerner Ambulatory
+ Bachelors Other
+ Knowledge of community clinic and Quality Improvement models

$28.10 - $41.80 /hour
