**CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager – Complex Programs opening for our client in Raleigh, NC.**

**Location:** Raleigh, NC or Greensboro, NC

**Duration:** 11 months

**Duties:**

+ Lead complex IT programs and projects with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).

+ Serve as the primary project manager for initiatives involving SAP application identity management and SAP-CyberArk integration.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

+ Oversee the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

+ Provide detailed project tracking, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.

+ Ensure alignment of project scope with business objectives and compliance requirements.

+ Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams.

**Skills:**

+ Strong project management skills with a proven track record managing complex, enterprise-scale IT programs.

+ In-depth understanding of IAM technologies and practices.

+ Knowledge of SAP application identity management processes.

+ Experience with SAP-CyberArk integration.

+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent).

+ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

**Experience:**

+ Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex technical projects.

+ Hands-on experience managing IAM-related projects.

+ Direct experience with SAP identity management and CyberArk integration initiatives.

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

+ PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
