**Job Description**
Perform routine chemical and physical tests and related duties under close supervision.
Perform all types of chemical and physical tests under close supervision to train for promotion.
Utilize all types of standard and specialized laboratory equipment.
Perform a limited number of tests, select and collect samples under normal supervision.
Assist higher rated technicians.
Maintain related records.
Observe all safety and housekeeping rules.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
High School or equivalent.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
B.S. in Chemistry,
Work experience in a laboratory setting.
