HOUSEKEEPING/HOUSEKEEPER (EVS)

STARTING RATE WITHOUT EXPERIENCE: $15.00 + ($2.00) SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL IF APPLICABLE

+ The housekeeper partners with Infection Prevention and other areas in the hospital to maintain a sanitary and safe environment for patients and staff. A housekeeper will utilize the appropriate cleaning products and processes to reduce spread of disease(s).

+ Cleaning assigned areas including but not limited to patient rooms, Operating Room, Emergency Department, clinical areas, public areas, office areas, etc.

+ Physical aspects include standing, twisting, squatting, bending during, pushing/pulling of cart/trash cart, mopping during their shift.
