JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing department specific clerical assistance. Duties include specific computerized reports, daily preparation of paperwork, form completion, data entry and any other clerical duties as assigned including but not limited to assisting with IDG or note taking for meetings. The position will ensure that Hospice meets Federal and State regulations, aiming for high quality care, safety, and compliance.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
+ High School Graduate or equivalent.
+ Excellent typing skills
+ Experience with Microsoft Word and other Office products
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED:
+ Some college preferred
+ Minimum of 3 years clerical experience preferred
