**Job Summary**
The Resident District Manager (RDM) is responsible for leading and overseeing high-volume dining operations, including café, catering, and beanery services, for a key VIP client. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic growth. The RDM will drive business performance, develop strong teams, and cultivate a partnership-focused environment with both client stakeholders and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide overall leadership and direction for multi-site dining operations, including café, catering, and beanery services.
+ Serve as the primary liaison for a high-profile VIP client, building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
+ Oversee financial performance, including full accountability for P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
+ Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve operational goals, enhance service offerings, and drive growth.
+ Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, service, and customer experience across all locations.
+ Lead, coach, and develop management teams; build strong talent pipelines and succession plans.
+ Address and resolve operational challenges and client concerns with professionalism and effective conflict resolution.
+ Implement best practices, process improvements, and innovative solutions to optimize efficiency and performance.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
**Qualifications & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
+ Proven experience managing **multi-unit, high-volume food service operations** required.
+ Strong financial acumen with a **deep understanding of P&L management** .
+ Demonstrated success in **strategic planning and execution of business initiatives** .
+ Track record of **building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams** .
+ Excellent **client relationship management skills** , particularly in high-expectation or VIP environments.
+ Strong **conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities** .
+ Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
