THE WORK:

• You’ll download financial data from various sources (SAP, SharePoint, Excel files) to prepare forecast reports. (approximately 1200+ records)

• You’ll prepare/review /update project budgets/baselines, short- and long-term forecasts, and expenditure plans for electrical substation construction projects.

• You’ll develop routine reports to assist in cost monitoring and management and meet with Project Managers and review the project scope, timelines, forecast costs, including budgets, actuals, and commitments.

• You’ll assist Project managers in reviewing and reporting cost over/underruns versus approved budget/forecast.

• You’ll conduct cost assessments and risk assessments and provide variance explanations for changes in project scope, materials, schedule.

• You’ll update change management tool based on impact analysis.

• You’ll prepare and present the monthly financial summary for a portfolio of over 50 projects to project management leadership.

• You’ll provide risk analysis reports for various construction programs.

+ Flexible:The work location for this role may include a combination of remote work, client‑site presence, and time in an Accenture office or delivery center. All roles include some in‑person collaboration to support learning, relationship‑building, and teamwork. Accenture offers flexibility wherever possible to support individual work‑life needs.

$101,000 - $127,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, data science, or business, or a combination of education, training, and experience, equivalent to a 4-year college degree and 4+ years' experience in cost controls/management

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, Project Controls, and/or Construction Management, or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, Intermediate MS excel, knowledge of python programming and basic understanding of MS Access

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Utility construction experience

• Expert Knowledgeof MS Excel, Intermediate level knowledge of Python programming for risk analysis reporting, cluster analysis, and predictive analytics, knowledge of Power BI, and Microsoft Access
