The US Commercial Leader will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and the tactical implementation of sales plans that result in the achievement of sales, profit, and customer objectives. This role will partner with the leadership team to define and implement the go-to-market and customer facing strategies for the region. This role partners with the Product, Marketing, & Supply Chain teams to develop and deliver multi-year sales plans in alignment with the strategy.

**What You’ll Work On**

+ Develop the USA growth strategy to capture the wellness biomarker market.

+ Define sales targets for all key channels including Retail and B2B

+ Partner with Marketing, Product and Supply Chain to align on priorities and initiatives that will drive significant sales growth opportunities.

+ Develop and execute sales plans in the region. Establishes and monitors goals for the region. Plans; secures and manages resources.

+ Provide strategic direction to managing current and future partners’ relationships, including lifecycle planning, expansion, customer acquisition, and experience.

+ Responds to and mitigates business challenges. Drive the retail channel to meet the needs of our customers.

+ Coach, develop and motivate the team to build a sustainable pipeline of leaders for the organization. Act as a model leader in the organization.

+ Ensure that systems are in place to enable the team to operate in a legal and ethical manner.

**Required Qualifications**

+ **Strong retail experience and relationships with all major US retailers**

+ Proven track record of driving significant growth.

+ Experience with e-Commerce platform or enterprise sales

+ Associates Degree or higher required

+ Minimum of 4 years experience.

+ Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Analytical skills to digest and quickly grasp large amounts of data and to recognize key issues and ideas.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Experience in the health and wellness market a major advantage.

The base pay for this position is $125,300.00 – $250,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
