As part of this mission, the Chewy Health team is hiring a Veterinarian to help us build a suite of services that enable pet customers to engage with their vet erinarian through every step of their pet parent journey . This position is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic and innovative teams at Chewy!

What You'll Do:  

As a Veterinarian , you will be an advocate for high-quality pet healthcare while embodying the Chewy culture to work collaboratively with your peers and deliver a best-in-class customer experience . Doctor of Veterinary Medicine is responsible for the following:

+ Collaborate with Chewy Health team members on the development of current and new services and products. 

+ Provide subject matter expertise on companion animal health and wellness for Chewy Health , while championing proactive and con sis tent pet healthcare

+ Participate in program development and enhancing training procedures. 

+ Identify and triage platform improvements and support innovative advancements. 

+ Leverage accredited skills to develop p r o gramming, policies and services that deliver an unparalleled client experience

What You'll Need:  

+ A DVM/VMD degree with an active license (dependent on location) .   

+ P roficient computer skills , as this role will require interacting with customers and Chewy team members through various digital channels .  

+ Proven experience in embracing forward thinking and curiosity.  

+ E xemplary listening and problem-solving skills.  

+ Ability to multitask comfortably.  

+ Experience and comfort in collaborating with colleagues in a team -oriented environment.  

+ Passion for helping people and pets with empathy and excellent customer service focus.
