**Job Description**
We are seeking a motivated **MOE Intern** to support ongoing **Manufacturing Engineering (MOE)** projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, and real-world engineering processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support and lead technical projects across multiple operational areas
+ Provide day-to-day **project support** to individual MOE team members
+ Proactively identify improvement potentials and implement optimizations ideas
+ Assist with the **organization and coordination of cross-functional meetings** , including:
+ Meeting scheduling and moderation
+ Agenda preparation
+ Action item tracking
+ Generate, update, and maintain **technical documentation.**
+ Collect, organize, and analyze technical information to support continuous improvement initiatives and help troubleshoot problems in different production processes
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in:
+ Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
+ Engineering Technology or similar technical discipline
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with technical documentation or work instructions
+ Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
+ Interest in process improvement, maintenance, or technical operations
+ Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a plus (not required)
