Sr Learning Specialist

As a Sr Learning Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be the visionary leader in the development and execution of strategic training programs that elevate our sales team's skills and knowledge to unprecedented levels of success. Your role involves leading the design and implementation of comprehensive training strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring continuous improvement in the performance of our salesforce. In this pivotal position, you will play a central role in enhancing sales effectiveness, driving employee development, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials

+ Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance

+ Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps

+ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements

+ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

+ Provide guidance and support to junior learning specialists

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related field

+ Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

+ Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and utilizing data to drive improvements.

+ Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

+ Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

+ 8 years of experience in learning and development.

+ Ability to think strategically and drive results
