Sr HR Project Manager

As a Senior HR Project Manager here at Honeywell, (internally titled ______) you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing HR initiatives and projects at Honeywell. Key Responsibilities

+ Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

+ Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

+ Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

+ Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations

+ Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders and senior leadership

+ Conduct postproject evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR project management or a related role.

+ Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex HR projects and initiatives.

+ Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing.

+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
