As an Administrative Assistant/Engineering Aide within our NGA group, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department, supporting our engineering and management team with various administrative and operational tasks. + Provide administrative support to the NGA team
+ Prepare, edit, and/or distribute communications, reports, presentations, and technical documentation as needed.
+ Compass and SAP Ordering: Manage ordering processes through Compass and SAP systems to ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies and IT equipment.
+ Ensure the proper handling and transport of returned computers and IT equipment to the IT department for assessment and reallocation.
+ Assist team members with requests for office supplies, computers and equipment; and maintain an organized inventory.
+ Support the administration of change control boards, including scheduling meetings, documenting discussions, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items
+ Maintain records of change control activities and assist in the preparation of change control requests documentation.
+ Organize and maintain conference rooms for meetings and presentations.
+ Prepare workspaces and support onboarding activities for new hires.
+ Manage and organize spare computer equipment, ensuring easy access and efficient use of resources.
+ Coordinate shipment collection: picking up shipments in the Non-Product Room, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate departments; and assist in preparing and shipping items as needed.
+ Broadcast various items and announcements on the LG TVs to keep the team informed.
+ 5+ years experience in an administrative role; experience within an engineering or technical environment is a plus, but not required.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
