CTG is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Engineer to design, develop, and optimize applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will work on scoped applications with robust data models, ACLs, and Scripted REST APIs, while driving CI/CD processes, reusable integrations, and platform performance improvements.
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Duration:** 12 months
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Build and deliver scoped applications on ServiceNow App Engine.
+ Develop Scripted REST APIs and reusable integrations via Integration Hub.
+ Implement CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and manage instance migrations.
+ Optimize platform performance through indexing, query tuning, caching, and platform health scans.
+ Define platform guardrails and enforce best practices.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and technical requirements.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
+ Expertise in App Engine, ACLs, Scripted REST APIs, and Integration Hub.
+ Strong experience with CI/CD, instance migration, and platform optimization.
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
