**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

+ Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.

+ Serves as an advocate for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices. Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.

+ Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.

+ Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.

+ Utilizes SBAR format tool to notify physicians, and other providers of clinical findings, performs nurse-to-nurse report at the bedside.

+ Recognizes limits of scope of practice, seeks multidisciplinary collaboration, utilizes appropriate resources, and follows chain of command. Assumes accountability for decisions made. Holds self and others accountable for effective communication skills.

**Job Requirements**

**MINIMUM**

+ Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

+ 2 yrs of RN experience

+ Registered Nurse: AZ

+ Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

+ Basic computer skills

+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR

**PREFERRED**

+ Bachelors of Science Nursing

+ 3+ years experience related to Radiation Oncology

**Pay Range**

$35.00 - $58.63 /hour
