General Labor – Final Assembly | $15/hr | 3rd Shift
Looking for a hands-on job where you can put your manual labor and hand tool experience to work? The Advance Group is hiring General Laborers for a final assembly position with a production facility in Perrysburg, OH. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience using hand tools, assembling products, working in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, automotive, or other physically active environments.
General Labor Responsibilities:

Work in final assembly to attach foam, dunnage, screws, bolts, and fixtures to automotive racking
Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to assemble racking
May operate machinery to cut steel as needed
Apply stenciling to racks as needed
Inspect finished products for quality
Use work orders and record completed jobs
Lift and maneuver finished racks for shipping
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform sweeping and general cleanup as needed

General Labor Requirements:

Previous experience using hand tools required
Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, automotive, or other hands-on experience is a plus
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Comfortable working in a hot, dirty, and loud production environment
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
Able to stand for the entire shift
Comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, and squatting
Reliable with excellent attendance
Steel-toe boots required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and background screen

Hours:

Sunday-Wednesday: 7:30pm-6:00am
Thursday if needed: 7:30pm-4:00am
Overtime as needed

Pay:

$15/hr starting pay
