Management Analyst

**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Management Analyst** to join our team in **Patuxent River, MD.** This is an **onsite** position.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.

+ Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.

+ Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.

+ Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.

+ Track program/project status and schedules.

+ Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures.

+ Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or an Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline and 7+ years of relevant work experience, or a High School Diploma and 9+ years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree

+ 3+ years of experience performing work related to Management Analysis

+ Experience supporting defense contracts

+ Experience with Microsoft Suite, TEAMs, or Adobe

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with Navy Acquisition and/or Naval Intelligence efforts

+ Familiarity with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations

+ Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience conducting briefings to Senior Military & Civil Service personnel

**Clearance Requirements:**

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current or active TS/SCI security clearance.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time.

+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
