Quality Engineer - Test Management

**CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineer - Test Management position for our client.**

**Location:** Orlando, FL

**Duration:** 12 months

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead end-to-end functional, system, integration, and regression testing for web and mobile applications.

+ Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and scenarios independently.

+ Monitor test execution, manage defects, and report status to stakeholders.

+ Coordinate with Development, BA, Product, and Release teams for smooth delivery.

+ Mentor junior testers and drive QA best practices.

**Must-Have Skills:**

+ Test planning, test case creation/execution, defect management, regression and performance testing.

+ Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

+ Leadership experience managing QA teams and independent testing.

+ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills:**

+ Automation testing (web/mobile), Appium experience.

+ Mobile testing, Cloud JIRA, Kanban, Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline familiarity.

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
