**Responsibilities**

**Job Summary:**

+ We are seeking an experienced Route/Switch Data Center Network Architect to design and implement complex network solutions using a range of technologies, including Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Cisco ASR, Extreme switching with VXLAN technology and Juniper routers.

+ The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of network architecture and design principles for data center environments, as well as strong BGP routing expertise to influence inbound/outbound traffic.

+ This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex data center network solutions using Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Cisco ACI, Extreme switching with VXLAN technology and Juniper routers

+ Work with clients to assess their network requirements and create detailed network designs for data center environments

+ Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients during the deployment of complex networks, including VXLAN technology.

+ F5/Avi load balancer experience a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CS or 5 additional years relevant experience

+ At least 5 years of experience as a Route/Switch Architect or a similar roleIn-depth knowledge of wireless networking technologies and standards

+ Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams

+ Ability to travel as needed.

**Requirements**

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
