**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As a Circulating Registered Nurse in our CVOR, you will be a vital member of the surgical team, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of patient care during complex cardiovascular procedures. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Preparing the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available and functioning correctly.

+ Assisting the surgical team with patient preparation and positioning, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

+ Meticulously monitoring the patient's vital signs throughout the procedure, promptly reporting any changes to the surgical team.

+ Maintaining a sterile field and adhering to strict infection control protocols to minimize the risk of complications.

+ Anticipating the needs of the surgical team and providing proactive assistance to ensure a smooth workflow.

+ Accurately and thoroughly documenting all relevant patient information, procedures, and observations.

+ Actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

+ Collaborating effectively with other members of the healthcare team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other nurses.

+ Demonstrating proficiency in the use of specialized CVOR equipment and technologies.

**We are offering a $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and up to $10,000 in Education Assistance.**

**Job Requirements**

+ Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

+ Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) required

+ ACLS Certification required within 5 months
