Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider

**Overview**

**CHI Health Clinic** is actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice in Omaha, Nebraska supporting our Student Health clinic at University Campus.

**Responsibilities**

**Practice Highlights**

+ University Campus Student Health Clinic

+ Outpatient only

+ Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week

+ 4 day work week with 2 twelve hour days

+ Average of 20-24 patient visits per day

**Qualifications**

+ Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care in Primary Care

+ Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization

+ Nebraska License required

+ Nebraska DEA required

**Pay Range**

$56.36 - $65.76/hour
