**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour**

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by following site-specific procedures and supporting appropriate emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related concerns according to site expectations.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or report maintenance-related issues.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized persons to the appropriate contact.

+ Support residential community operations by observing surroundings, communicating clearly with residents and property staff, and completing assigned reports related to daily security-related activities.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
