Sr Quality Eng Supervisor

As a Sr Quality Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the quality engineering function within the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Sr Quality Eng Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance product quality, and achieve business objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Provide strategic direction and leadership to the quality engineering function

+ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality engineering projects

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives

+ Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations

+ Manage and optimize quality engineering resources, budgets, and timelines

+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

+ Lead and develop a high-performing quality engineering team

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles

+ Strong leadership and team management skills

+ Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery

+ Proficiency in quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to ensure product compliance and improvement

+ Experience with quality tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Design of Experiments (DOE)

+ Experience with quality management systems and processes

The annual base salary range for this position is $110K - $137K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
