KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Perform routine and non-routine inspections and tests on products and components to verify compliance with quality standards.

+ Collect, record, and analyze quality data to support engineering and manufacturing teams in identifying trends and areas for improvement.

+ Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and documentation.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

+ 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, testing, or quality engineering support roles.

+ Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and data collection methods.

+ Proficiency with quality measurement tools and software for data analysis and reporting.

+ Experience with quality standards such as ISO or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

**WE VALUE**

+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field.

+ Experience in building automation or manufacturing industries.

+ Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis techniques.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

The annual base salary range for this position is $39,300.00 to $58,900.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
