Quality Analyst Sr

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Analyst to lead quality management efforts and ensure conformance to quality requirements at our Norfolk, Virginia shipyard facility. As a subject matter expert in quality management, you will provide technical expertise and guidance on quality processes, customer requirements, and project management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance with requirements.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Typically requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of Ship Repair related experience

+ Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items and Navy Repair work specifications

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

+ Ability to work and support operations in a shipyard environment

+ Experience with IFS for TIP Management

+ NBPI or NACE Certification

+ Quality Control Supervisor (QCS) certification

+ Experience with AMPP/QP1 requirements

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor

+ Root Cause analysis training

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
