We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Senior Business Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and advanced technical skills to support the translation of business objectives into actionable data-driven solutions. This position requires a proactive analyst capable of managing complex projects, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and delivering high-quality analytics that drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements for data analysis and reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)and business metrics.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements.

• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes reports and dashboards to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

• Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and data interpretation.

• Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure efficient data flow from various sources.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data solutions and make recommendations for enhancements.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence

• Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

• Experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., BigQuery, SQL Server).

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.

• Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional projects and collaborating with analytics professionals.

• Solid business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to business audiences.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

• Familiarity with applying AI techniques for data analysis.

• Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools.
