We are looking for a Software Engineer-III to join our dynamic team. This role provides an opportunity to lead projects and contribute to high-impact software solutions that are used by enterprises and users worldwide. As a Software Engineer III, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex software systems, as well as mentoring junior engineers. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the technical foundation behind our flagship products and services. We are seeking engineers with diverse specialties and skills to join our dynamic team to innovate and solve complex challenges. Our team is looking for strong talent with expertise in the following areas:
Responsibilities:
+ Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET / C#, applying sound design patterns and principles (SOLID, OOP, etc.)
+ Build and consume Web APIs (RESTful services)
+ Write and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database objects
+ Develop and maintain unit and automated test suites using frameworks like Moq
+ Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications hosted on IIS
+ Develop client-side functionality using JavaScript/jQuery
+ Leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate development, debugging, and documentation, applying sound prompt engineering practices
+ Perform API testing using tools such as Postman/SoapUI (or your preferred tool)
+ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
+ Use version control tools like GitHub for source management, branching, and code reviews
+ Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint ceremonies (standups, planning, retros)
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of professional software development experience.
Deep expertise in .Net/C# programming language and extensive experience with
+ Design patterns and principles (SOLID, OOP, common architectural patterns)
+ SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance basics)
+ Web API development
+ Unit testing frameworks (e.g., Moq) and automation testing
+ IIS deployment and configuration
+ JavaScript / jQuery
+ CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
+ Version control tools like GitHub (Git workflows, branching strategies, pull requests/code reviews)
+ Hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLM tools, including prompt engineering
+ API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI)
+ Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
+ Self-driven and self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional and Agile teams
Good to Have:
+ Exposure to observability/monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana
+ Angular (or other modern JS frameworks)
+ Prior experience with Kafka or other messaging/streaming systems
+ Exposure to GCP or other cloud platforms
