+ The Global Engagement, Belonging & Impact team is seeking a project specialist who will work closely with cross-functional partners, and the BE&I team to assist with Global Belonging & Impact projects across UKG India and ensure that the projects are completed according to schedule.
+ Manage and coordinate the India ERG portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational belonging, culture, and business objectives.
+ Partner with ERG leaders and executive sponsors to develop annual plans, goals, budgets, and success metrics.
+ Support the launch, growth, and sustainability of existing and new ERGs.
+ Create frameworks, toolkits, governance processes, and best practices for ERG operations.
+ Facilitate regular meetings with ERG leaders to drive collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment.
+ Track ERG participation, engagement metrics, and program outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
+ Support recognition and development opportunities for ERG leaders and volunteers.
+ Coordinate ERG events, campaigns, celebrations, awareness programs, and learning experiences throughout the year.
+ Partner with internal communications teams to amplify ERG initiatives and employee stories.
+ Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Business Leaders to integrate ERGs into broader employee engagement and inclusion strategies.
+ Support awareness and education programs that promote inclusive behaviors and a culture of belonging.
+ Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve participation and engagement across diverse employee communities.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to ERG leaders and stakeholders on program execution and engagement strategies.
+ Manage project timelines, budgets, calendars, and stakeholder communications across ERG and CSR initiatives.
+ Develop dashboards and reports to measure participation, engagement, volunteerism, and overall program effectiveness.
**Qualifications**
Basic Qualifications:
+ 3+ years Corporate CSR or Social Impact experience
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a team
+ The ability to effectively manage competing projects with tight deadlines
+ Enthusiastic, innovative, hardworking, and creative
+ Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to think strategically and synthesize information
+ Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
+ Strong MS Excel and analytical skills to design, track, measure, and report progress to goals
+ Experience maintaining up to date status on projects and tasks and reporting those out effectively to a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience supporting Employee Resource Groups, affinity networks, employee communities, or inclusion programs.
+ Experience coordinating CSR, ESG, volunteerism, or community impact initiatives.
+ Confident, and passionate about building and maintaining positive relationships and influencing at all levels across the organization from executive leadership team, department leaders, and global cross-functional partners
+ Experience understanding and navigating complex group dynamics and ambiguity
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak and present internally and external at various levels
+ Detail-oriented with a high degree of organizational skills to successfully work independently or within a team to balance multiple priorities and overlapping tasks.
