**Job Description:**

PROGRAM ANALYST

BA/BS or equivalent, 2+ years of related experience

Manages inventory/material and procurements. Communicates any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions. Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers.

Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program. Monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.

Processes shipments of material via fastest traceable means to ensure it is received by need date.

Initiates work orders for incoming material to be repaired.

Tracks, issues, deposes of all inventory. Conducts audits, assessments and evaluations to ensure conformance.

Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

Familiar with Navy ERP, CMPro, Microsoft Excel, Creating forms in Adobe a plus.

Secret security clearance required or the ability to obtain Secret security clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $72,877 - $98,599. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
