Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Administrative Tax Associate.

**Responsibilities:**

In addition to the essential responsibilities described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by credit department professionals.

+ Disseminate communication of information throughout the credit/tax department (i.e. changes to Sales/Use Tax Rates).

+ Assist with the administration and compliance of sales tax.

+ Daily sales tax review of all invoices before release for billing.

+ Correction of sales tax errors and tax adjustments for various exemption certificate types received prior to and post-billing.

+ Upload and maintain tax certificates in software database.

+ Prepare, assist, and support with all other requests relating to sales tax with customer accounts.

+ Work on special projects as needed.

+ Always represent the company in a professional manner.

+ Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations, and procedures.

+ Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company.

**Qualifications:**

+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers regarding sales tax matters.

+ Strong reconciliation and analysis skills.

+ Be a collaborative team player.

+ Proficient with various software programs including Trilogie, Bectran, ECMS, Excel, and Word.

**Pay Range:**

$17.74 - $29.08

**_Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles_** **OR** **_Hourly for all other roles._**

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
